My friends in kerala say that BJP Kerala election manifesto maks NO mention of banning cow slaughter !!! (cow slaughter is legal and official in Kerala) !!!

I could NOT find BJP Kerala's assembly manifesto copy in English or Hindi online,

Can anyone in Kerala confirm this information?
