Is this video before or AFTER NaMo became PM?

A railway policeman is collecting bribes from railway passengers. The bribes can be because they dont have tickers OR they are travelling in reserved coach with ticket of unreserved coach.

But is this video before or AFTER NaMo became PM?

Because all NaMo-andhbhagats and all RSS-workers etc all tell me that corruption in Indian Railways has become zero effective 1-jun-2014 , after NaMo became PM !!!

Solution I propose since year 2008 are --- Jury Trials over Railway Staff , naroctest in public in all corruption cases , CCTV in railway comparments, and Right to Recall Railway Minister. These law-drafts, once printed in Gazette will remove corruption within TWO WEEKS. Yes, two weeks and not one day more.

But NaMo-andbhagats and RSS-workers etc have been saying since year 2010 that RTR , Jury etc etc are all uber-nonsense. And as per them, only thing needed to remove corruption in Railways is to appoint NaMo as PM, and once PM becomes PM, as they said in 2010-2014, corruption in Railways will disappear within in 100 days !!!
