Panama papers and problem of black money abroad --- solution is (a) natcotest in public over those who against whom there are some evidences of black money in secret accounts (b) India should move a resolution in UN , that ALL countries will have to cutoff trade/tourist relations with countries like switzerland, panama , cayman island etc till they end secret underground banking.

Suffices to say , SoMoKe has opposed both proposals. And every SoMoKe-andhbhagat, every CoBhApSwaRa-worker has opposed these two proposals. And all they want is some commitee and commission to search and make reports ... and do nothing !!!
