Massive problem with plain vanilla "networking" in activism, and how FBCPBA = Facebook Cover Page Based Activism helps

First, networking is NOT wrong or unethical. Many legitimate good companies like Tupperware have come up and served millions by networking and network marketing. And they are scams like Amway too. Such mix of good and scams are universal. 
.
Networking is the MOST natural and direct ways to sell goods or do a cause of society. But IMO, plain vanilla networking may work in business, but IMO, it does NOT work in activism. Why? And what can be done?
.
The pain vanilla networking in BUSINESS or ACTIVISM goes as follows ---
.
1. A person in network meets 100-200 or more persons a month. Explains the products or the cause to these new persons. 
.
2. Some of the new persons will join the network, and thus network will grow.
.
3. Some persons in network may quit the network. Quitters may later re-join, or may not.
.
4. So as long as number of joiners are more than quitters, the network will grow. 
.
5. The important parameter is --- how much time and money is needed to make network grow from 100 to 200 , 200 to 400 , 400 to 800, and 1 lakh to 2 lakh and so forth. The doubling cost and doubling time may and will vary on size and many other external factors.

Now lets compare business with activism.
.
In business when A and B are talking, both or at least one stands to gain. If A is initiating call, and bearing cost of call, then A will believe that he stands to gain. B may gain or lose or break even or may be B is just looking to buy something at reasonable costs. If A convinces B that B will gain, then B will join the business network. 
.
But in TRUE activism, A and B are talking for benefit of community. So if A bearing the cost of call, then A doesnt stand to gain (pseudo activism is different).If A convinces B that B's causes are met by A's proposals,.then B will join the network of A. 
.
Now thats where TWO BIG PROBLEMS come --- lack of personal benefit and TOO MANY CAUSES --- which makes plain vanilla networking IMO inapplicable method for activism 
.
Let me explain. Lets us see plain vanilla networking in business.

Say businessman B meets persons (P1 .. P10000) . Of (P1 .. P10000), at least 99% will be interested in personal gain So if A's proposal does have some personal gains for B, then B will agree to join network of A.
.
Now lets see networking wrt to activism.
.
Say activist A meets persons (P1 ... P10000). . Now out of 10000 persons, less than 200 will be interested in serving community at the cost of their 5% of heir time and 5% of their own income. And THESE 200 persons will be divided amongst 100 causes. So to get one more person in network using plain vanilla "meet 10000 persons" method, an activist will have to meet 5000 persons to add one person in network. To that, add distruct activists have amongst each other and porejudice one group of activist has against anither group of activists. So 200 out of 10000 are activist. And only 2-4 will have that cause as their pet cause. And then comes distrust against groups , persons in the group etc etc !! Nunber of persons that will join the network will be 1 per 5000 or even less.

So say an activist is willing to work 4 hours a week. In one week for ONE cause, Say he can meet and EXPLAIN his proposals to say 20 persons at most in a week. Now less than 2 out of 100 voters are interested in activism, And 1 out of 100 activist will have same cause as his topmost cause. So he has too explain proposal to 5000 activists to add one full activist. So it will be 5000 persons / 20 persons per week = 250 weeks = 5 years before he adds an activist.

IOW, if there are 100 activists committed to one proposal, and they start plain vanilla networking of "meet as many persons as possible and explain them the proposal", then it will take them 5 years to double their number !!! So to reach from 100 to 200,000 , they would need

100 to 200 --- 5 years
200 to 400 --- another 5 years
400 to 800 --- another 5 years
800 to 1600 --- another 5 years
1600 to 3200 --- another 5 years
3200 to 6400 --- another 5 years
6400 to 12800 -- another 5 years
12800 to 25600 -- another 5 years

i.e. to grow from 100 to 200,000 "plain vanilla networking" would take at least 40 years !!! And if one subtracts activists who quit, then time may be much longer. Typically, most activist will work for 10 years and then quit because of personal life or frustration caused by slow growth and frustration caused by rapid growth of those who have support of sponsors of paidmediamen and many causes. If quitting is taken into account, it will take some 70 years to 100 years for network of 100 activists to grow to network of 200,000 activists,

And if you add distrust factor, then time will be even longer.

One may think that increasing number of causes will reduce the time. It may --- but not by an order of magnitude. Say activist-A starts with 100 causes and explains it to 1000 persons. Then 20 persons of these 1000 who are activists or activist-minded will join network of A wholly of partially. So hit rate of A increased, But now time A would need to explain his proposals for all 100 causes will increase. And also sequence in which A will explain all his 100 proposals will create problems. eg say A is addressing audience of B1 to B100. And he decides to put solution to poverty problem first and solution to bangldeshi problem second and strengthening Military at 10th. Then the activists interested in strengthening military may leave his speech before he comes to 10th item. IOW, increase number of causes will increase the time activist will have to spend to get activists.

Solution?

IMO, FBCPBA will help.
.
In FBCPBA , the recallist can put ALL drafts for ALL causes on his profile in INDEXED note. And the link on the note can be in description of cover picture. So when anyone visits the profile, he will see cover picture saying "please click this cover picture to see law-drafts I support" and a few more lines.
.
An activist who visits this profile is likely to click the cover picture. And he will see the index notes with all causes. So if activist-A is interested in cause-A, and if cause-A is in the notes, then there are high chances that activist-A will notice the law-drafts-A listed in the notes !!

So say an activist-A is working on cause-A and is distributing pamphlet etc and publishing on FB. And his cover picture hjas links to law-drafts related to ALL causes. Then say, in a year, 1000 activists and 5000 common voters see his profile The common voters may ignore his cover picture. But most activists will surely click the cicver picture and see that THEIR OWN causes are also listed !! And thus they will get information about law-drafts related to their cause. This increases the chances that they will join RRG.

IOW, plain vanilla networking is priblem in activism because only 2% population is activist and that 2% is distributed over 100 causes. And FBCPBA deals with this problem in time efficient manner. The reason is --- an activist is willing to spend time in searching for his cause.
