How SoMoke's decision to oppose universal water metering is costing India HUGE !!!

Due to lack of water metering, water wastage and inefficienct consumption is huge. And so we have shortage and crisis causing civil war like situation !!! eg consider Punjab. If water is metered and used efficienctly, it has enough water for itself and also enough water to give to Haryana. But no metering , no billing and now Punjab has no water to give and feels shortage

NaMo became CM of Gujarat in nov-2001 and left CMship in may-2014 and became PM in may-2014. How many water connections were metered in Ahmedabad in nob-2001? Less than 1%. And how many water connections were metered in may-2014 ? Same --- less than 1% !!! IOW, it is easy for everyone (except NaMk-andhbhagats) to see that NaMo was hostile to universal water metering in Ahmedabad, and rest of Gujarat. So now despite Narmada dam, Gujarat is facing water shortage than has led to crisis.

A big reason reason behind Khalistan movement was absence of water metering !!! How come? How can absence of water metering lead to such crisis which killed 1000s and 1000s? Because Once Punjab and Haryana were one state. They separate in 1956 and so Haryana got 40% of water of Punjab waters. Due to absence of metering, Punjab started facing shortage of water !! And so some wise guys thought --- if Punjab becomes separate nation, and then ONLY international riparian law will apply, and as per international riparian law, a nation can claim water of river ONLY if river physically flows thru it !! So if Punjab were to become separate nation, then since river of Punjab doesnt flow thru Haryana, Haryana and rest of India cant claim any water !! But if water metering was done in 1950s, then Punjab would have had so much surplus water than no such demand would NOT have taken place !!! But sadly, all Congress / Jansabgh / CPM / Akali etc leaders back then also opposed universal water metering !! And so did all leaders from 1950 to SoMoke !!

SoMoKe-andhbhagats in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India also oppose universal water metering !! WHY? Because SoMoKe oppose water metering !!! CoBhApSwaRa-workers too oppose universal water metering for same reason.

Solution I propose is that well meaning activists should publicize water meter law and also tell the FACT to all that SoMoKe , SoMoKe-andhbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers are opposed to water metering. And there is twice the water we need if water metering is done and if water is used efficiently. And otherwise, we have crisis of epi proportion no matter how many dams and canals we will make.
