How senior congress leader, lady lawyer and the supreme court judges exploit India

Since 1950 --- each and every recruitment in judiciary have been via nepotic and bribery considerations, with intimacy favors sometimes becoming icing on the cake. And solution I propose is recruitment by written exams ONLY, promotions by seniority only, expulsion by Jury or Majority.

Private intimate life should NEVER ever become topic or even mention in public space. But what if a senior leader , judges and lady lawyers are using intimacy to give and get powerful positions in Govt? Was the lady being exploited ? Or a competent person who lost the position because he was male or because she did not agree got exploited? Surely this is matter of public concern. Lets keep some important facts on one paper.

1. The lady lawyer wants to become High Court judge

2. High Court judges are appointed by High Court Chief judges and Supreme Court Chief judge.

3. Then why did lady lawyer cater to Congress leader? Well, the High Court judges and Supreme Court judges want their relatives to become public prosecutors.

4. So HCjs and SCjs take leaders' request to appoint leaders' favorite people as High Court or Lower Court judges. The leaders recommend their relatives or colleagues or people who give bribes (which is mostly cash, or sometimes other intimacy favors).

So leaders cater to Supreme Court judges and High Court judges' requests to make their relatives as public prosecutors. This has been going on since 1950. Every single appointment that happened in judiciary since 1950s has been on nepotic, bribery considerations only. Intimacy favors are rare, but not all that rare. What we saw on video tape of congress lawyer and lady lawyer is not 2012, but has been since 1950.

Now who exploited who? Shall we say that Congress lawyer was exploiting that lady lawyer? Because that poor lady wanted to be HCj and congress leader demanded favors from her? I think other way --- they BOTH exploited an otherwise a competent person (male or female) who would have got the job otherwise.

In any case, we MUST take narco test of that Congress leader in public. If it turns out that he had promised position of High Court judge in return for the favor, this becomes a case of corruption, and he should be imprisoned for 5-7 years. If there were no favors promised, then it is not a crime.

And finally, how do we reduce such incidences? I propose following law-drafts

1. All junior level recruitment in Govt should be strictly via written exams, NO interview

2. All promotions till middle levels should be by seniority and intermediate written exams (on advanced topics) only, and not via interviews

3. If a misfit person comes, thru Jury or Majority voting he should be expelled.

4. At very senior position, like appointments can be discretionary, but citizens should have Right to Recall that person in case they see a foul play.
