Pratibha Patil is MOST corrupt President we had (second most corrupt was Shankar Dayal Sharma, whose grand son Manu Sharma had shot Jesica Lall). But for this specific crime to pardon criminals, the blame falls on PM MMS or Super-PM Sonia Gandhi or both. Because power to pardon rests with President, but she had to act on advice of Cabinet (read PM) , and that includes Rajmata Surpankha Gandhi alias Sonia Gandhi. We need to do a narco-test on PM and Sonia so that we will know if they were taking bribes even in such cases.
The mess is because we do NOT have Right to Recall PM. And one reason why we dont have RTR-PM is because shameless activists such as ShankhNaad people keep supporting leaders like Subramanian Swamy who are opposing RTR-PM. Shame on such activists.
