I came across over 20-25 Loksatta volunteers and I explained them the proposed Right to Recall PM draft (see section-6.6 ofhttp://rahulmehta.com/301.htm ) and RTR Supreme Court judges draft. I explained them how RTR-PM can be done with mere Rs 200 crore and cost come down to Rs 5 crores once sms\atm are used to collect approvals. And then I asked Loksatta volunteers if they can explain the draft to Jaiprakash Narayan, who opposes RTR on PM , Supreme Court judges and insist only on RTR sarpanch and corporators.

Some of the volunteers told me that they explained every line of the 1 page draft, and while explaining, he did not give any counter argumnent. But later, again, he will go around telling "lie" to all that Right to Recall is "impractical" though he never cites any specific flaw in teh procedure.

The reason is more than trivial. If cant give any specific flaw in RTR-PM draft because there isnt any. And if he claims that he read the draft, he will have to say whether he supports or opposes. And if he opposes, he will get exposed before his activists and if he support RTR-PM draft, he will lose all his "sponsorship".

I request all RTR-volunteers to approach Loksatta volunteers, explain them Right to Recall PM and Right to Recall Supreme Court Chief judge draft. And ask each volunteer to ask JPN why he opposes RTR-PM draft. It is time we expose this guy.
