In Unique ID , as of now, there is NO punishment if a non-citizen applies for the ID. IMO, we all should ask PM to add a clause that : "If a person who is not citizen of India, applies for UID, the court may imprison him for at most 15 years, and may also award death sentence".

Once some 1000-1500 Bangladeshies are imprisoned for applying as citizens and some 10-15 are hanged, the rest will stop applying.

What do you guys suggest?
