we need a cartoon on "I gave up LPG gas subsidy , so now can I get 50% discounts in bribes payable?".

Shaw , all, pls make a cartoon as follows

In the cartoon, there is man on scooter , one PI with PI-hat and 3 constables.

2 constables are laughing. One constable is talking to PI. The scooterist is on side

The constable and PI are smiling.

The constable is telling to PI in speech balloon --- "He says that he has given up gas subsidy and so he wants 50% discount in bribe payable " !!!

Also a real life incident.
.
A friend of mine was living with his parents. He forced his parents to give up gas subsidy . He recently bought his own flat and move there. He applied for a new gas connection without subsidy. The gas agency FORCED him to buy a stove , which he didnt need !!! (They have 3 extra stoves !!). IOW, he gave up Rs 3600 per year on two connections --- his parents connection as well as his own new connection. But gas agency didnt let go the opportunity to rob some Rs 2000 to Rs 3000 for gas stove !!!

So least NaMo can do now is that --- he can make rule that gas agencies CANNOT sell gas stoves. And he should also ask traffic policemen to give some discounts to those who have given up gas subsidy. Otherwise, it is double whammy all the the way.
