ArGandhi's decision and AAP-workers' decision to impose restrictions and harassments on private schools is wrong. Govt should improve Govt schools, and should tax private schools by treating them like private companies (minus basic deduction per student). But govts MUST NOT harass private schools by creating maze of laws.

My propose is to print Right to Recall District Education Officer law-drafts so that Govt schools improve.

And my proposed wealth tax law-draft imposes tax on private schools , minus basic deductions per students they teach. And they will have to pay income as well, and also service tax. In my other proposal, I have proposed COMPLETE abolition of GST , service tax etc. But as long as service tax etc is there, private schools should be made to pay service tax just like other private companies. The tax can be on (fees collected - Rs 12000 per student per year)
