PM's silence on Dadri, Award vapasi , fake claims of "rising intolrance" , and now attacks from LKA / MMJ / Shourie etc and assorted nonsenses is welcome. I am serious ---- such people deserve no answer.

But PM's silence on NJAC's cancellation by Supreme judges is criminal. Supreme judges are running amock like drunk elephants, and PM is silently allowing SCjs to work like self reproducing oligarchy. PM should NOT have allowed judges to admit petition against Constitution and Constitutional amendments.

I was hoping that PM will atleast make some statements after Bihar elections' campaigning ends. But it has been 5 days since campaign ended. And PM is still silent on NJAC issue.

IMO , PM doesnt have courage to beat nepotism etc in judiciary. Those who want to cleanse courts better start looking for alternatives.

The alternative I propose are
.
1. Activists should end SoMoKe-andhbhakti
.
2. Activists should publicize law-drafts such RTR-Supreme-judges, RTR-High-judges, RTR-District-judges,
.
3. Jury System in Lower Court, Jury Sys in High Court and Jury Sys in Supreme Court
.
4. RTR District Public Prosecutor , Grand Jury System in prosecution
.
5. RTR District Police Chief , Jury System over Policemen.
.
