સમાચાર-પત્ર , સંદેશએ (અમદાવાદ) , પાનાં-૨ , પટ મારા વિરુદ્ધ જુઠાણું લખ્યું છે. કહે છેમ કે હું ૯ ટ્રસ્ટ ચાલવું છું અને મને વિદેશથી પૈસા આવે છે !!! મને વિદેશથી ૧ પણ રૂપિયો નથી આવ્યો, સિવાય કે મહેક કટ્ટા નામે એક એન.આર.આઈ.એ મને રૂ ૫૦,૦૦૦ ની સહાય વર્ષો પેહેલા આપેલ. અને હું માત્ર બે ટ્રસ્ટ ચાલવું છું. સંદેશ કહે છે કે ઉન્દુલાલ ટ્રસ્ટને રૂ. ૧૪.૫૦ લાખનું ડોનેશન મળેલ છે. આ ખોટું અને જુઠું છે. અ ટ્રસ્ટમાં મેં છેલા ૭ વર્ષથી કોઈ ડોનેશન લીધું નાઠો. આ ટ્રસ્ટ ચાલવા, આ ટ્રસ્ટનો પ્રોપેર્ત્ય ટેક્ષ, ઈમ્પેક્ટ ફી વગેરે ચુકાવવા મેં મારા ખાતામાંથી આશરે રૂ ૧૪.૦૦ લાખની વગર વ્યાજની લોન માત્ર આપી છે.

મારે અમેરિકાની જેવી મજબુત કાયદાકીય અને અદાલતી સીસ્ટમ ભારતમાં લાવવી છે. અને આ વાતને સંદેશે કેવી વિચાત્ર રીતે મુકે છે, તે તમે વાંચી શકો છો.

1. I have never recieved any foreign funding, spare one NRI named Mahek Katta , and that too was only Rs 50000

2. I am part of ONLY two trusts --- not 9 and they never got any foreign donations. Sandesh cmails that Indulal Trust got Rs 14.50 lakh of foreign donation. Indulal Trust NEVER got ANY donation in past 8 years and I have given interest free loans of around Rs 14.50 lakhs to pay property tax, impact fee , employee salary, electricity bill etc of office / staff/ Basically, much of loans were given by me

4. Rest are all nonsense. It is true that I like US's administrative / legal system, and I am trying to bring similar such powerful and less unfair system in India.

Ans : I am / were part of only two trusts --- Indulal Trust and Mahatma Sachindranath Sanyal Trust . And I was NEVER part of any other trust in past. and none of them recieved any foreign funds

I have proposed a law-draft that ALL names of all trusts and trusts and wealth trusts own and donations they got in past 10 years should come on net.

Ans : I have filed ALL anuual reports EXCEPT the last one which is year ening 31-mar-2015. The dealine for that was 30-oct-2015. And skipping deadline by one month is minor technical violation. I missed it because of election schedule.

Ans: Another LIE from Sandesh. .I never got any foreign funding. And none of the two trust have got any foreoign funds,. In factm, I have stopped taking donations in Indulal Trust since 2008. And Mahatma Sachnidranath Sanyal Trust started in 2014 and has taken donation of ONLY Rs 20000 so far, and I am closing it

Ans Lie again, The utsrui NEVER got any donation from foreign country. I have given interest free loan of Rs 14 lakh from my own account to pay for property tax and impact fee due on the trust. Indulal Trust was started by my father in 1980s and and I gave interest free loans to the trust to keep it running to support my father's social / political activities

Ans :You can get copy Income Tax return etc filed to Charity Commissioner using RTI. And I can give you a copy from my side. The balance of sheet of trust, as well as affidavit I have given to election commission, as well as MY INCOME TAX return shows that I have been giving interest free loans to my trust since year 2007
