Nitish / Laloo / SoGa alliance may not last long. And so we may see mid term polls in Bihar within a few months --- before may-2019. In that election, depending on how BJP central govt does in next few months and depending on how Nitish does in next few months, BJP may or may not come. In any case,

So BJP may regain more seats in possibly coming midterm poll

That may be good news for NaMo-andhbhagats, but nothing great for India or Bihar as a whole. NaMo, ArGandhi and SoGa are one and the same on FDI issue --- which is the most pressing issue in India. NaMo is also pro-corruption, like Nitish, SoGa etc. (ArGandhi is psuedo-anti-corruption) . So BJP may come in Bihar, but no systemic changes will come, that can reduce India's increasing dependence on FDI, and inability to manufacture anything locally.
