Arun Jetley had sold PSU Modern Foods to Hindustan Liver for Rs 150 crore in year 1999, even when Modern Foods had land worth over Rs 1000 crore , valued that day in Delhi alone !!!

Arun Shourie had sold VSNL to Tata for mere Rs 9000 crore. As that time, VSNL's casg reserves were over Rs 2000 crore, and land it had was worth over Rs 40000 crore !!!

Both gentlemen said that they only counted book value of the land !!! i.e. much of the land was acquired or given in 1960s and so that took value as of that dates !!!

SoGa values National Herald land at book value too !!! The land was bought or given by govt in year 1950s. So no wonder value was just few lakhs. Today , it is worth over Rs 2000 crore

Moral of the story is that undervaluing land has been hallmark of Congress-BJP leaders. And AAP is persuing same line,

Solution I propose is
.
1. Put all land ownership records including prevailing circle rates of plots on net
.
2. Ask all PSUs to pay rent at market rates to people of India, and force them to rent the unused land.

SoMoKe, Subramanian Swamy have opposed the proposal if puuting land ownership records of ALL plots across India on net. NaMo refused to implement his proposal in Gujarat where he was CM for over 13 years. ArGandhi also says that he will spend all his time in badmouthing PM, but will NOT pass esolution in Delhi Assembly land ownership record public. SoGa had been ;land mafia herself. Over 90% congress, bjp, app leaders are also land mafia.

And since SoMoke opposed public disclosure of land records, SoMoke-andbhagats, CoBhAp-workers, RSS-workers and BST-workers are also oppsing public disclsore of land records !!!
