The law-draft that criminal below 18 years should be improsoned for NO MORE THAN three years , no matter how many and how henious crimes he commits, we printed by Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Arun Jetley in year 2001.

And NaMo never opposed this law, till some 25000 voters sent orders to MPs via SMS to change this law !!!

And NaMo only printed half bakced amendment that Juvenile Court may or may not treat such criminal as adult !!! And NaMo has refused to call join session after Congress , CPM etc in Rajya Sabha refused to pass the bill.

And NaMo , along with SoGa \ ArGandhi opposes narcotest in public even in serious crimes like murder, crimes against women etc etc.

IOW, SoGa = NaMo = ArGandhi. Not much difference.
