I got about 2.5% votes to 3% votes in my Ahmedabad Municipal elections

In Takker Bapanagar ward , I got 771 / 33000 votes = about 2.5%
.
In Ranip ward , I got 849 / 32000 votes = about 3%
.
The negative article by Sandesh did some damage, Otherwise, % could have been more by say 1%
.
And election commission had deleted names of some 105,000 voters out of 40,00,000 voters just two days before voting !!! Most of them were anti-BJP voters. In Ranip ward, some 3000 voters were deleted and in Thakker Bapanager ward, some 2000 voters were deleted. I could have got 80-100 more votes in each ward.

The number of votes are less, because only 33000 or less voters voted. The ward sizes were ranip = about 86000 voters and Thakker Bapanager = about 90000 voters
