Please create a small group , the way Pawan Kumar, Ashok Jain etc are doing to collect money for newspaper advt. See links below.

You may keep an unregistered association, and may register it later.

It can be LOCALLY to collect money for newspaper advertisements for RTR-law-drafts.

A person can become member in any such group --- doesnt have to be local. eg if you are in Mumbai, and your friends etc are in Delhi, then you can become member of Delhi Group .Thats all upto you.

That group can collect money and give newspaper advt for publicizing RTR-drafts. The newspaper advt may or need not have address of local office , local phno of local activists etc etc.

You should maintain a notes which has list of all donors, money they have donated till date, amount spent in advt, links to epaper showing newspaper advt, and balance as of today. And links to JPG of the advt you wish to give.

That way, you will be able to get attention of more and more activists.
