New juvenile law ---- I hear some people say that NaMo has insisted to put a GIANT LOOP HOLE in the law. As per the new juvenile law-draft , if a person between 16 years and below 18 years commits murder OR serious crime against women etc , then a board will decide whether he should be prosecuted like adult or juvenile. IOW, his trial as adult will NOT be automatic. But board will decide.

I thought that NaMo has printed law that "criminal who is accused of murder or serious crime against woman will be AUTOMATICALLY and ALWAYS treated as adult" !!

Can anyone verify and quote the exact sections?

IOW, NaMo likes to say a lot in "man ki baat". But NaMo cant find time to give links to drafts of laws he prints in Hindi or English, even if it is important ;law-draft like juvenile justice act
