The Grand Question in Activism is --- can you prepare FOUR INSTRUCTION = PROCEDURE MANUALS namely
(a) instruction manual for 85 crore voters
(b) instruction manual 10 lakh junior activists
(c) instruction manual for 5000 senior activists
(d) instruction manual for 500 very senior activists

( instruction = procedure )

The manuals will have steps that you want voter / activist to take along with explanations , on how his taking this step will meet ensure that his causes will be met.

The instruction = procedure manuals should be so, that if these manuals are given to a few thousand activists, then the "changes" that you "desire" may happen WITHOUT ANY CONTROL in your hands? IOW, after writing the manuals and distributing a few thousand copies, your role will be over,.

These four instruction manuals should have list of step by step instructions that author wants voters, junior activists and senior activists to take.

Now there are following issues :

1. How will you fund printing and distribution of 85 crore copies of voters' manuals , 10 lakh copies of junior activist's manual and 5000 senior activists' manuals? And there can be wastage. So you would need many many more copies to be printed and distributed. .Say, you will need to print 320 crore voters' manuals , some 50 lakh copies for manuals for junior activists and so forth. So what instructions will your manuals have so that funds needed to print and distribute the manuals will get managed? What explanations will it have that activist do agree to give funds necessary? Please note that initially, you will be printing only a few thousand copy of each manual, as you dont have crores of rupees.

2. What instructions will these manuals have , that will eventually convince crores of voters and activists to read these manuals? Forget following ---- what will convince crores of voters to read these manuals?

3. And voter and activists will execute those instructions ONLY if it is in sync with their wish and will, and their interest , or within the limit of sacrifice they are willing to make. If the voter or activist is against the effect that that instruction may cause , Example ---- if instruction manual has step "order your MP via SMS to print wealth tax law-draft", and if that voter or activist is against wealth tax, then he wont execute the step and may NOT forward this manual.

4. If the manuals dont have instructions that further the pet causes of voters / activists , then the voters / activists will most likely NOT carry it out or further it !!! eg Say an activist is in goraksha. And manuals have all good causes such as reducing poverty , improving military etc etc but NOT goraksha. Then activist may NOT take steps mentioned in manual, and he may not forward the manual.

5. The manuals should also have steps thats will ensure that translations of manual in different Indian languages will also happen.
