Mahatma ArGandhi takes bribe from car manufacturing companies , and prints a law that car whose number plate has odd number can drive ONLY on odd numbered days, and cars with even numbered plates can drive ONLY on even numbered days.

That way, car sale will increase , because all wealthy car owners will now be MOTIVATED / FORCED to buy two cars --- one with odd numbered plate and another with even numbered plates !!! So car sales will increase. And so will profits of car manufacturing companies.

Also when a person goes for car registration, he will have to give bribe to ensure that he gets odd numbered plate , if his existing car has even numbered plate, and vice versa. AAP MLAs are already setting up agents for this dalaali.

The car manufacturing companies are paying paidmediamen to support this step. No wonder why.

This will increase forer burden on India. Why? Because most car manufacturers are foreign companies. So as car sale increases, their profits will increase. And so will be repatriation burden.

And please note --- NaMo / SoGa too have refused to propose any solution to the problem of worsening traffic and vehicular pollution. So as such, they are NO different from Mahatma Arvind Gandhi.

Solution I propose is to improve footpaths , improve public transport , widen roads and all expenses must come from petrol tax ONLY. The ticket cost on bus should pay for all bus expenses i.e. public transport MUST NOT be subsidized by private transport.

How?

1. Right to recall, Mayor --- to improve footpaths
.
2. Right to Recall Public Transport Chairman --- to improve public buses etc
.
3. Jury System over Public Transport staff
.
4. Jury System over Municipal Staff
.
5. wealth tax --- this will decrease land prices and make it less expensive to widen roads
.
Above solutions are sufficient to reduce traffic.

Now please note that SoMoKe , CoBhAp-leaders have OPENLY opposed wealth tax, Jury System and also RTR. And so EVERY SoMoKe-andhbhagat, every CoBhAp-worker, every RSS-worker, and every BST-worker is also openly opposing RTR , JurySys, wealth tax etc.
