How bullet train can worsen repatriation crisis ? SOLUTION? Please see last para
.
What NaMo doesnt tell you is that --- (a) whatever profits Japanese bullet train company will make in rupees using train and hotels / malls along stations --- GoI / RBI may have to pay DOLLARS for those rupees. So where will GoI get dollars? (b) and why is NaMo refusing to take steps to reduce shatabdi time from 8 hours to 4.5 hours?
.
Now bullet train companies' MAIN profits will come from hotels and malls that bullet train company will built along all stations of the bullet train. You would have often seen a person travelling from mumbai to ahmedabad or vice versa staying in Rs 2000 per day or even more expensive hote, or sometimes cheaper hotels. Now a big share of that hotel business will go to bullet train company. And a traveller often has spare time during his visits and that is consumed by movie halls , bars, malls or CSW-joints etc. A big share of that business will also go to bullet train companies.
.
So bullet train companies will make super huge profits. And GoI is obligated to pay dollars for all rupee profits they earn, Now bullet train on its own generates no dollar export. So repatriation crisis will worsen.
.
Now once bullet train comes, Shatabdi will rot to hell. Just like, whenever a town grows big, private cell phone companies and BSNL services rot which forces BSNL users to switch to private telco. Once bullet trains start, shatabdi will get more stops, it will spend more time on the stops, and will get delayed in getting signals. And cleanliness and other services inside train will also rot. So upper middle class, upper class etc will have no option but to use bullet trains.
.
And SoGa \ NaMo \ ArKe = SoMoke have something in common. All three refuse to take SIMPLE steps which can make shatabdi's 8 hour jorney to mere 4 hours and 30 minutes. HOW?
.
1. Shatabdi takes 45 minutes from Maninagar to Ahmedabad Main Railway Station !!! Yes. Pls ask those who have used Shatabdi say 4-5 times in their lives. The train has NO official stop at Maninagar. And so passangers cant get down at Maninagar. And after it leaves Maninagar, it takes 45 minutes to reach main railway station which is just 8 km away !! Why? Because PMs and Parilway Ministers across regimes have ordered to keep it that way !!! WHY? Thats because airplane companies give them bribes to keep it that way !!
.
2. Shatabdi's EXISTING WAP5 engine is capable of driving 24 comparment train at speed of 160 km / hour. YES. Existing made in germany WAP5 engine can drive train at 160 km / hr. We already have Delhi Agra train running at that speed on daily basis. And trail runs were successful some 5 years back. The problem is --- tracks are few and at some points, tracks need to be strainghtened. IOW, by creating 4 more tracks and by straitening tracks, Shatabdi can be made to run at 160 km / hr speed. Creating more tracks will cost only Rs 3 crore / km i.e. 500 km * 4 * 5 = Rs 12000 crore. Now if there are 4 more tracks , then shatabdi and many more trains will NOT have to wait for signals. So they can run at speed of 150 km / hr. And distance between Ahmedabad and Mumbai is 500 km. Even if train stops at 5 stations, and stops for 15 minutes including time to decellerate and accelerate, we have 500/150 + 5*15 = 3 hours 20 minutes + 75 minutes = 4 hours 35 minutes approx.
.
Shatabdi remains slow ONLY because airplane owning companies have been bribing PMs and Railway Ministers to keep it slow so that airplane business between Mumbai and Ahmedabad goes on and on !! And NaMo has not changed that scene.
.
All in all, bullet train is welcome. I repeat --- I welcome bullet train , BUT ONLY if train and tracks are 100% made in India, and MADE BY INDIANS, and made and run by company 100% owned by Indians. NaMo opposes this "made by Indians" plan, because NaMo believes that Indian engineers etc are inferior than Japanese and cant make a bullet train. And so NaMo insists on "bullet train made by Japense and run by Japanese" and may be, some parts will be made in India. NaMo is welcome to have his beliefs. But REPATRIATION COSTS of this project will be huge.
.
SOLUTION?
.
Solution I propose is that we should order MPs via SMS to print "Right to Recall railway Minister Law Draft " in Gazette. I have put this proposed DRAFT athttps://www.facebook.com/mehtarahulc/posts/10152319551996922 . Pls send SMS to MP saying "dear MP, I order you to printhttps://www.facebook.com/mehtarahulc/posts/10152319551996922 law-draft in Gazette" . Once this law-draft comes, we citizens wll get procedure to expel corrupt and FDI-loving railway ministers, and thus we will be able to have 4.5 hour shatabdi , and wont need bullet train.
.
Also, we should work to bring RTR for all major positions and Jury System in India. RTR / Jury will reduce inefficiencies of factory owners in India, and their engineers. This will enable us to have REAL "make in India bullet trains". The draft for JurySys is athttps://www.facebook.com/mehtarahulc/posts/10152258909086922 . Pls also send this link to your MP via SMS
.
Please note that EVERY RSS-workers and EVERY SoMoKe-andhbhagat is supporting "japenese made and japanese run bullet trains". So please save your time by unfillowing their posts.
.
So all in all, pls take following three steps
.
1. Please send SMS to MP --- "dear MP, I order you to print Right to Recall Railway Minister law-draft given athttps://www.facebook.com/mehtarahulc/posts/10152319551996922 in Gazette" .
.
2. Please send SMS to MP --- "dear MP, I order you to print Jury System law-draft athttps://www.facebook.com/mehtarahulc/posts/10152258909086922 in Gazette" .
.
3. Please unfollow RSS-workers , SoMoKe-andbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers because they all support "made by Japanese bullet train" and oppose the proposals to reduce shatabdi time from 8 hours to 4 hours and 30 minutes, and also oppose law-drafts that will enable India's factory owners and engineers to make / run bullet trains in India
