Nirbhaya case --- NaMo , SoGa , ArKe had refused to print a law-draft making bone test COMPULSORY in crimes against women. If this law-draft was printed, then bone test of juvenile criminal in nirbhaya case may have established that he was above 18 years old, and in which case he could have been hanged.

SoMoke insisted that school certificate of age should be taken as final certificate

And pls note that ALL SoMoKe-andbhagats , RSS-workers, CoBhAp-workers etc had also opposed the proposal of making bone test compulsory.
