NaMo, SoGa , ArKe refused to pass juvenile bill amendment with RESTROSPECTIVE effect from 1-jan-2010.

So the new law will NOT effect the Nirbhaya case criminal

Only we at Right to recall law-draft asked voters to send orders to MPs via SMS to reduce age with RESTROSPECTIVE effect, and hang the Nirbhaya case criminal for murder , torture etc.

SoMoKe , CoBhAp-leaders and CoBhApSwaRa-workers opposed this RESTROSPECTIVE effect and insisted on "henceforth only". So due to them Nirbhaya criminal will stay free and stay alive !!!
