Despite disruptions Loksabha / Rajsabha, NaMo, RSS-workers, Congress / BJP / AAP workets, CoBhAp-leaders etc OPPOSE referendum procedures.

Disruption in Loksabha is due to BJP and Congress BOTH. Because speaker of LS has power to expel disrupting members , bring order in house and get laws passed. So disruption in LS is ONLY because speaker is allowing it OPENLY. IOW, disruption in LS is BJP + Congress mili-bhagat. But we cant blame BJP leaders for disruptions in RS

Solution to "disruption in Parliament" problem is to print referendum law-draft. i.e. if PM wants, he can get a law-draft printed using referendum and bypass MPs.

But strangely, SoGa , NaMo , ArGandhi , CoBhAp-leaders, CoBhAp-workers, RSS-workers, RSS-leaders, BST-workers etc all oppose the proposal to print referendum law-drafts !!! WHY? Ask them. The reality is that ---- they just want excuses and they dont want to print any law-drafts in India to tackle problems. All they want is FDI FDI FDI i,e, want to handover all secotors of economy to assorted videshi. Thats all CoBhAp / RSS / BST are about.

We at Right to Recall Group are working to create a procedure which is MORE powerful than referendum. We call it TCP = Transparent Complain procedure.
