Loksabha speaker has power to expel / suspend any errant MP. So diruption in LS is ONLY because LS-speaker, who is BJP MP herself, doesnt want LS to run

The speaker , technically speaking, doesnt belong to any party. But she was elected on BJP ticket and it was BJP MPs who made her speaker. Now LS speaker os OPENLY allowing Congress MPs to disrupt house. BJP MPs are responsible for this deliberate act of the LS speaker.

As per diruptions inj RS, = Rajsabha, I wont blame BJP. Rajsabha speaker was appointed by Congress.

Solution I propose is --- right to recall speaker and Jury System over MPs to decide cases of indiscipline in the Parliament.. If citizens have RTR-speaker, we can expel inefficient speakers like Ms Mahajan and traitors like Ansari, and get less bad speakers and ensure that house runs well
