All this hangama over FDI in retail shows why Walmart would want Janlokpal with NO Right to Recall Lokpal. Due to FDI hangama, Walmart will now have to bribe Mamta Banerjee, Dinesh Trivedi, DMK MPs, AIADMK MPs, BJP MPs and 100s of other MPs. Costs will run in 1000s of crores of rupees, over and above Rs 50000 crores paid to Pranav, Sonia, MMS, Sharad Pawar etc. Had there been Janlokpals, Walmart would need to bribe only 11 Janlokpals, and then ask Janlokpals to file corruption cases on MPs who oppose Walmart. And then no MP\Minister, be Mamta or Dinesh or anyone would then even dare to speak against FDI. And Walmart will sail thru without any furore.

Same way, we can see why Walmart and MNCs would oppose Right to Recall PM and RTR-Lokpal Because if we had Right to Recall PM, PM would not have passed this proposal without asking citizens of India. No wonder why LKA is opposing RTR and Anna is also opposing RTR-Lokpal
