Does Abhishek Manu Sanghavi take bribes to get people appointed as High Court judges? I request Justice Kapadia to order Contempt of Court case against Singhavi and order a Narco-Test of Abhishek Manu Singhavi in public.

If the video was showing some "communal" leader like NaMo, and if opening line from the woman had been "can you give me MLA ticket", the intellectuals would have run riots by now. But video was showing secular postor boy Abhishek Manu Singhavi (whose father L M Singhavi had coined the term Lokpal in 1960s !!!) and matter was about appointment of Honorable High Court Justices. So the intellectuals, many of whom relatives are judges, are telling activists to ignore the video as some stray exception and not to mix it with process of appointment of Justices in High Courts.

But I request activists to follow the matter. Since 1950, over 95% appointments in High Court has been on nepotism, corruption, jaan-pehchaan basis only. Merit was considered in rare cases, because after all, the body needs some people who can think sanely. There was NEVER a written exam conducted like exam we have for JEE, AIEEE or IAS. The "intimacy-favor" is direct fall out of lack of written exam and having wide discretionary powers to appoint Justices. So all judges got appointed by either corporate lobbying , corruption, nepotism, jaan-pehchaan etc. The appointments will be done bu HC Chief Judge and Supreme Court Chief judge. But these judges want favor from senior MPs and Ministers as the judges want their relatives to get placed as Public Prosecutors. And so the judges would accept recommendations of senior MPs.

So was Abhishek Manu Singhvi running a business of appointing judges? If the video is any hint, answer is YES. And if the candidate was male, Singhavi would have asked for cash. This is a Contempt of Court, because Singhavi was interfering in the process of appointment of judges.

So I request Justice Kapadia to take this facebook post as PIL application. And I request Justice Kapadia to initiate a Contempt of Court case against Abhishek Sighavi , and I request Justice Kapadia to order a narco-test on Abhishek Manu Singhavi in public to know how many times in past he has involved himself in appointing judges.
