FDI is NOT getting investments --- it is giving away sectors of economy to foreigners !!

On issue of FDI in Railway, NaMo is MMS++ or rather SoGa++ .
.
NaMo is all set to allow 100% FDI to DMIC = Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor. to Japanese. All trains, tracks , signalling equipment everything will come from Japan. All stations will be operated by Japanese.
.
Japanese will have discretionary powers to decide the rates for the goods made by factories . So these factories may ne owned by Indians. But they will have to obey all terms and conditions of Japanese. Or else, the factory can simply lose its privilege to send its goods via DMIC trains !!!
.
So FDI in DMIC is not "getting investment". It is giving away a huge sector of economy to Japanese..
.
And Japan one may may sell whole venture to some US bank. In that case, USA will own DMIC
.
SoGa / Arke have also both supported 100% FDI in railways.
.
RSS-workers are all running from pillars to post day and night explaining to 85 crore adult voters why 100% FDI in DMIC is good for India !!! I request all activists to question ALL RSS-workers on what will happen if Japanese refuse to let some Indian factory owner in DMIC to ship goods along its Railway line.

Solution I propose is bring RTR-judges, JurySys , wealth tax etc in India so that inefficiencies of Indian factory owners reduce. That will improve Indian Railways. And of course ban FDI in Railways.

How can we work to get RTR-judges, JurySys , wealth tax etc?
