How The Anna and the Chhote Anne plan to ruin India using proposed Gram Sabha law-draft

Anashan Shiromani The Anna and his Chhote Anne are now proposing Gram Sabha law-draft. They have NOT disclosed the full law-draft, but some details I got show that their goal is to ruin India.

eg one proposal in their proposed Gram Sabha law is that if Union Govt or State Govt wants to acquire village-owned-land (such as gochar), then State Govt or Union Govt would need permission of Gram Sabha. So consider a road that Govt wants to make and that road goes via 1000 villages. In such a case, the Govt will need to take permission of all 1000 villages !! And if 10-20 villages refuse , the permission of remaining 980 is practically of no use. And how much time will it take to get such permissions? Further, the voting in Gram Sabha will be open. Now Gram Sabha is small group, often as small as 5000 voters. Also, in the law The Anna proposed, The Gram Sabha voters cannot change the votes. So Sarpanch using criminals can force these 5000 voters to vote in one direction on voting day, and next day, voters cannot change their voters. And all enemies of India such as China or USA have to do is to bribe 10-20 of Gram Sabha Sarpanch and block the whole road !!! The enemy countries can bribe just 5-10 Sarpanch, give them money to hire criminals for 1 day, and bingo ... whole project will get delayed by years and years to come.

(In contrast, the TCP law-draft I have proposed in section-1.3 ofhttp://rahulmehta.com/301.htm , the citizens can change YES/NO any day, so the person who wants to use force will need to hire criminals everyday, which is not feasible. Also, the approval filing is at National/State/District levels and so population is 75 crore voters, 1 crore to 20 crore voters and 15 lakh voters, and so number of criminals needed will be large. But the Anna and the Chhote Anne have opposed approval collection at National, State and District levels and insist on Gram\Ward levels only, where voter-population is small, voters cant change their votes and so MNCs and Missionaries can use criminals to subvert the voting)

Not just road making, this Gram Sabha law-draft will also kill coming of large factories. Eg consider some factories in China. China has factories which span over 1000-5000 acres. One socks making factory I read about has one hall which is 1 km by 1 km with no walls (of course, pillars are there) except perimeter walls. Such factories needs 10-100 auxillary factory around it and good road connecting them, and good roads connecting main ware-house to ports etc. Creating such factory-road complex needs lands which would span over 20-50 villages at least. Once this proposed Gram Sabha law-draft comes, all enemy country has to do is bribe 1-2 sarpanch and give him money to hire criminals, and block such industrial complex from coming up.

IOW, it is clear that this Gram Sabha law-draft is proposed to kill coming roads and industry , not to improve status of villagers. The status of villagers can be improved by Gazette drafts such as MRCM, RTR-Sarpanch, RTR Supreme Court judges, RTR PM etc which The Anna and The Chhote Anne have all opposed.

Further, the land compensation is an issue. In the MRCM law-drafts that I have proposed (see chap-5 of http://rahulmehta.com/301.htm ) the rents from non-private land in all villages and all cities will go to all citizens of India almost equally. This will create unity in citizens at all India level. But in the proposal of The Anna, the land of village is sold, and not rented. And only Gram Panchayat will get sales money. So all 200,000 Gram Panchayats in India get divided --- why should I bother about you and you have no right over me !! In MRCM, rent from all plots go to all, and so if one plot is rented out for cheap, whole nation will unite. Whereas in Gram Sabha model, is one village is losing its land, no other Gram Sabha will bother as that Gram Sabha has no stake. IOW, the Gram Sabha law-rfat that The Anna is proposing will divide India into 200,000 unconnected pieces.

And Right to Recall Sarpanch procedure is signature based, and unususble. So land money will come to Village Panchayat, and Sarpanch will chew it away. This is Gram Sabha law-draft proposed by The Anna and Chhote Anne in a nut shell !!

So the Gram Sabha law-draft that the Anna and Chhote Anne are proposing will divide India to 200,000 unconnected units, each unit ignoring plight of others, allow one Gram Sabha to veto a whole road/industry plan and thus block emergence of roads and factories. And it will enable Sarpanchs to collected bribes and siphon funds like never before.

In any case, lets wait for full Gram Sabha law-draft to come. I request/dare all IAC members to post the URL to Gram Sabha drafts they are proposing.

But if the drafts has provision like “permission of Gram Sabha is needed to take over plot”, then no politeness anymore and no soft words. I will then officially and openly pray for death and leprosy to each and every IAC member who is supporting such nefarious proposals and such nefarious persons.
