many Tahsils and over 25% in some districts. Say there is war with
China. Then via Bangladesh, China may manage to provide AK47, rocket
launchers, grenades to over 200,000 Bangladeshies. There will be 10000
Kasabs overnight. If they manage to block chicken neck area, then all
soldiers and civilian men in north-east, border areas may get
slaughtered. Even if war doesn’t happen, if their population keeps rising,
it can lead to secession followed by 1947-like violence and exodus.
Why officers, MPs, NGOs refuse to act : Many NGOs in those areas
get funds from Saudi Arabia. These NGOs pay Rs 10000 to officers to get
election card, ration card etc for illegal immigrants. The bribe go all the
way to Collector, MLAs, MPs and even CM. Bangladeshies also assist
officers\MLAs in smuggling kerosene, cows etc from India to Bangladesh,
and earn billions. So officers, MLAs want more Bangladeshies in their
zones!! The Lokpal system will worsen situation as Lokpals will sell out.

DNA testing : Ask PM, CMs to print drafts given in chaps 31-33 of
http://rahulmehta.com/301.htm in Gazette. These drafts will create
National/State level ADO = Alien Data Offices. Drafts will give Right to
Recall ADO Chairman. RTR is must to avoid sell-out. The Chairman
can give rewards to persons in Bangladesh who give names of their
relatives in India. Then by comparing DNA of accused with DNA of
his relatives in Bangladesh, Chairman can prove that accused
is Bangladeshi. Plus, all phone-calls made to Bangladesh can be
recorded for proofs. Finally, by narco tests, one can prove-disprove
and get more names. Decision will be taken by Jury Trials. Cost: Once
100,000 illegal immigrants are caned and imprisoned, over 95% will
go back. So cost to expel 95% illegal immigrants = cost of tracking
100,000 = less than Rs 1000 crores. Details in chap 31-33.
