The reason why Mamta Benerjee has to obey MNC-owners is because MNC-owners own Supreme Court judges in India. If Mamta doesnt obey the diktat to MNC-owners (issued via Hillary Clinton), then MNC-owners will ask Supreme Court judges to throw stay order on every single decision on Mamta and economic progress of WB will come to standstill.

It is not just Mamta. Even super-CM like NaMo are dead scared of Supreme judges and MNC-owners who own Supreme judges. eg Supreme judges via CBI have already imprisoned several IPS officers like Vanazara, Amin etc under right or wrong charge of false encounter of criminal murderer Soharbuddin. The SCjs can ask CBI investigator to beat Vanazara till he writes one line confession that he killed Soharabuddin because he was ordered by NaMo to do so. And bingo, NaMo will be in prison in 60 minutes !! To threaten NaMo, Supreme judges already got the then Home Minister Amit Shah thrown into prison. Due to Supreme judges, NaMo is at the door on prison. With one line confession from Vanazara and one line from Supeme judges, NaMo can be on other side of door for a decade. So NaMo too has to obey MNC-owners who own SCjs. So NaMo has now no option but to give land to MNC-outfits for dirt cheap prices and extend many favors to MNC-owners.

Most leaders today are taking orders of MNC-owners because of agent judges in Supreme Court and High Courts.

How MNC-owners own Supreme Court judges and High Court judges? Many ways

1. Relatives of Supreme Court judges get crores of rupees of fee from MNCs

2. The mess also starts as High Court level. The MNC-owners ask Supreme Court judges to promote those HCjs who have accepted the slavery of MNC-owners. And this stronghold of MNC-owners in Supreme Court further increases

3. Many Supreme Court judges want their relatives to become public prosecutors. So they approach leaders like Abhishek Manu Singhavi, who are also agents of MNC-owners. People like AMS get SCjs' relatives as appointed as public prosecutors and then ask Supreme Court judges to appoint nefarious people as SCjs and HCjs.

The solution is trivial. The activists should ask PM to print Right to Recall Supreme Court Chief judge draft in Gazette. The draft is given in section-7.3 of http://rahulmehta.com/301.htm . Later activists can also force PM\CM to print other drafts needed to improve courts given in chap-21. This will enable citizens to expel corrupt and agent judges across courts from Supreme Court to Lower courts.

The honest activists should also PUBLICLY ask people like The Anna , The Chhote Anne and Subramanian Swamy why they oppose the proposal of printing RTR Supreme Court Chief judge in Gazette. And post their reply as FB status and also as newspaper advertisement. And dishonest activists, for whom their leaders are more important than nation, should throw lies that "their leaders never opposed RTR-SCCj draft " !!! The MNC-owners will sincerely thank all the dishonest activist.
