Tussle between Delhi State Govt and Central Govt ---

Its time we voters of India order MPs via SMS , to shift capital of India to some central place in Madhya Pradesh
.
Delhi was "central" place when Afghanistan and Pakistan were part of India. That is no longer the case. So Delhi isnt "central" anymore.

Both Govts are taking woefully wrong steps --- and their only defence is --- the other govt is more corrupt / wrong than me !!! Its basically "dont talkj about my corruption etc because my opponent is more corrupt" . We had heard this litany for 65 years and now its same litany with names changed.

NaMo's ordering The appointment of Jt Commissioner AC Delhi is wrong step. And NaMo's ordering Delhi Police to arrest law minister Tomar without putting all evidences on net is worse step. Minister Tomar was NOT running away or hiding. And the case is documentary and not based on witnesses. The only two fact questions are (1) did he do B Sc from college he says (2) did he do LLB , and rest questions like roll numbers are side questions. Both facts are documentary and no arrest was needed. Yet, NaMo ordered arrest of Tomar.

And ArKe's opposing the proposal to propose law-drafts like Right to Recall District Education Officer is open backstabbing. And likewise, his refusal to put complaints of citizens on Delhi Govt website in a way ALL can see , is another open back stab. And defence? Very simple ---- Congress / BJP are more corrupt than we are and so dont talk about our corruption in street light case or CCTV case or DELIBERATE legislative lethargy !!!

The problem is becoming serious because Delhi is national capital.

So long term solution I propose is --- we 85 crore voters of India should order MPs via SMS to move capital of India to some "central" localtion in India, say in Madhya Pradesh.
.
And the new area should be 100% Union Govt terittory with NO private land, and all land belonging to Central Govt, and leased to companies to provide amenities to staff and their family members. There is no need for state govt or local govt in that say 200 sqkm area.\
.
And after central govt moves to new area, Delhi can be given full statehood OR , if voters of Delhi want --- divide Delhi into two parts -- one side going in Haryana and other in UP, Whichever way voters of Delhi decide.
