Folks,

We saw the child sex abuse problem in AK's SJ2. There are two parts of child sex abuse

1. individual cases of neigbors, relatives, teaching or stray criminals abusing kids

2. organized criminals, who have protection of IPS/judges/Ministers who abduct or buy poor kids (from their parents) and openly run child prostitution racket in hotels and farm houses

The (2) is 100 times bigger problem than (1)

But AK refused to highlight (2) and insisted on (1) only. Why?

Because (2) mainly effects lower class kids such as slum dwellers. Showing their problem bores upper class people. AK wants more and more upper class people to watch his show, as they have more buying power , and so SEC-weighted-TRP (TRP weighted by socio-economic-group) will be more if upper class people watch the show. So AK refused to show organized child prostitution and focused on middle class sob-stories.

Also, showing (2) would have showed to all that they mess is NOT because lacuna in law, but due to corruption in Ministers/IPS and judges. AK wanted to misguide people that sex abuse of children is due to lack of law, whereas reality is that problem is due to corruption in judges (and IPS/Ministers).

Moral or the story is --- if you really want to reduce the mess in India, pls start by exposing these showmen. This showmen are misguiding people by throwing lies and hiding truths.
