Why Amir Khan opposes Narco Test on doctors etc caught in sex determination and female feoticide?

The fans of Amir Khan truly believe that hero is serious about stopping female feticide. And after he appealed for fast track court, all his fans have gone gung ho on serious. Well, pls ask AK why he opposes Narco test in public on those radiologists, doctors etc who are caught in sex determination and subsequent fetecide.

First, let me elaborate how sex-determination goes.

1. Most radiologist have stopped it, but the radiologists who have relatives in IPS or Ministry have taken over the whole business.

2. The radiologist is known for such tests in the neigborhood, just as people in neighborhood know local drug dealer or local illicit liquor dealer

3. That radiologist will conduct sonography and get the result, but will not tell.

4. A person who is not even employee of hospital will standing there and radiologist will point to him, so that couple knows who has result. And radiologist will also communicate the price by saying "detailed results will cost you Rs 500 of Rs 1000 etc etc"

5. The person will meet the couple outside clinic and say "Jai Ambe or Jai Hanuman" .

Thats all ....

Now how does narco test in public help? Once the person is recorded on video saying "Jai Ambe or Jai Hanuman", Jury can be convinced to take narco test of that person in public. Once narco test is taken, name of radiologists will come out popping and then narco test of radiologist can be taken in public. This narco test will reveal more evidences

Surely, narco test is not proof. But narco test along with video where gestures are made can be used as evidence to imprison the radiologist who is conducting the tests.

Without narco-test, which fast track court, can convict a person who said "Jai Amba or Jain Ganesh"? And further, AK demands judge trial and opposes Jury Trial. We all know that judges reek with bribery. In absence of Jury Trial, all that will happen is that business of sex-determination will pass in the hands of relatives of IPS, Ministers and judges and nothing else.

So as far highly "coverable" crimes like sex-determination goes, narco tests are must. Despite this, your beloved AK is dead against narco-tests? Why? Ask him. But here is hint. The person who is biggest worried about narco test is none but Bhai Shiromani Shri Dawoodbhai Ibrahim. If narco test are used on criminals, such as her sister, then tons of information will come in public and his business will be in jeopardy. But why should that bother AK? Well, Shri Dawoodbhai invests a lot of money in bollywood. And same way, Shri Dawoodbhai is also opposed to Jury Trial, as henchmen of Shri Dawoodbhai manage to get acquitted by bribing judges. In Jury System, bribing Jury becomes difficult. Why? Because say there are 500 cases against Dawood's henchmen. In judge system, all 500 cases will go to 5-8 Magistrated and Shri Dawoodbhai can cover them. In JurySys, they will go 12 to 20 Jurors for each case, so 6000 to 10000 Jurors for 500 cases and so bribing 1000s of Jurors is difficult. And so Shri Dawoodbhai hates Jury Trial too.

So Shri Dawoodbhai doesnt like that narco-tests should get publicity. And so AK opposes narco-tests on those caught in sex-determination. And Shri Dawoodbhai doesnt like Jury Trial to get publicity and so AK opposes Jury Trial even in cases of sex determination. So sex determination will go on rampant.

Moral of the story is ---- if you all serious about sex-determination or any such problem, then focus in law-drafts and showmen. And in case you need a showman to deliver the message , pls at least pick a showman who doesnt care what Shri Dawoodbhai likes and doesnt like. Which can happen ONLY if you pick a person who doesnt depend on Shri Dawoodbhai's funds. Only persons I know in Bollywood who never dealt with Dawoodbhai and people like him are Manoj Kumar, Nana Patekar and a very few more. AK is surely not in the list. If you pick a showman like AK, all you will get is brain-dead solutions like "oppose narco-test in female feticide cases", "oppose Jury Trial in female feticide cases" and so forth.
