NaMo's decision to give Padma Shri to Priyanka Chopra , Ajay Devgan etc is wrong and SICKENING !! And it is more sickening to see that EVERY RSS-worker , BST-worker , BJP-worker and NaMo-andhbhagat supporting this decision.

NaMo has given award to Priyanka Chopra , Devgan ONLY because NaMo wants more and more guys and girls to reduce emphaisi on academic careers and join movie / TV world.

May be next year, NaMo should give Padma Shri to Sunny Leonne . And I am sure EVERY BST / BJP / RSS worker and every NaMo-andhbhagat will support it.

First I have nothing against Priyanka Chopra and Devgan. And nothing against movies they act in and roles they plays. Free country. Each one on his own. Whatever role that pays --- they do. Their life. Their choice. Whatever money they earn --- they pay taxes, and rest is for them to keep.

But it is necessary for citizens to decide if some people should be given Padma Shri or not, Market does pay money to actors , sportsman and assorted hyped up people. And let market pay them. But govt awards should be confined selected few.

Giving award to people like Priyanka Chopra , Devgan will ONLY encourage more and more girls and guys to leave academic careers and join movie / TV serial world. This IMO is NOT for them , and surely not good for India.

The solution I propose are

1. Names of considered award getters should be made public BEFORE finalizing the decision. So that citizens can send orders to MPs via SMS to not to give them awards.

2. Categories of show business such as sports, entertainment, music, movies, journalism etc should be removed from award category. Award should be given ONLY to scientists, soldiers, engineers , doctors etc and industrialists who have done pioneering work.

Now award given cant be taken back, unless award winner is politician and award was given for political reason. So I dont demand taking her award back.

I also request all activists to see that EVERY RSS-worker, every BST-worker, every BJP-worker and every NaMo-andhbhagat has OPENLY and loudly supported NaMo's decision to give Padma Shri to Priyanka Chopra. They very well know what impact it will cause on mind of young girls, And yet they support it.

So activists should know what kind of preference they have . Essentially, they want to ensure more and more votes for BJP , so that BJP leaders can come into power, and thru them, they all can benefit. Indian interests are non issues to them.

Now first, how will AMUS know about count of 45 crore. That I will answer later. But lets say AMUS is watching all RTR-activists and all 85 crore voters

Now if RTR-activists explains a law-draft, say TCP or JurySys or MRCM or RTR , and then asks voter to send SMS to MP, then AMUS may think , that voter was influenced by "pressure caused by nearness and request". IT was NOT threat or intimidation, but it was pressure caused by request and nearness. Hence, sending this SMS is not 100% support with free will.

But if AMUS sees that voter sent SMS two days later, and RRG-activists was neither asking for report, nor pressuring him nor requesting (request is a mild pressure), then AMUS is now convinced , that "voters supports this law-draft with free will".

Do you think the MBA degree is hyped up & highly overrated? I just don't understand how MBAs are adding value to the system/society/nation/world. I have never seen an MBA doing any kind of productive work, except for some great body language & generous usage of fancy jargons.

I mean, just think about it this way. Take a Soldier, Doctor, Engineer, Scientist, Musician, MBA grad and put them into a desert. A soldier would say he will stay at the edge of the desert & protect them from external threats. The doctor might treat those who suffer from sunstrokes in that hot desert. An engineer might build a house for all of them to stay. A scientist might invent different ways to filter the water (which is a very rare commodity in desert). A musician might keep all of them happy & entertained with his music. But what will the MBA grad do? One might feel tempted to say that he will “manage/administer” all of them in the desert and coordinate their activities. Really? For that do you really need an MBA? Even the Musician could have done the same, but can the MBA do the musician’s job? An engineer also could have “managed/administered” the system (Ask Microsoft why they had to appoint an engineer as their CEO), but can the MBA do the engineering task?
.
Something is not right somewhere. The basics itself is not right. I am not saying that the MBA degree must be got rid of. It is also another nice degree and it is always good to have as many choices for degrees as possible because colleges must also make money for a living. But if nobody including the MBAs knows what really they are doing, then how long will the system sustain with such hype for overpaid MBAs? It is not sustainable, and the day will not be far when MBA will be “just another degree” without the frills & fancies it carries today because we will eventually converge into a world which rewards value addition, but not colorful degrees.
.
Going forward, in the performance-oriented world, one would be appreciated & rewarded with very high salary (irrespective of his profession or college or brand) because he would be doing something which nobody else would be able to do or because he is doing something better than others, and not just because he has an MBA. The days of MBAs ruling the roost are numbered.

we should not label people as "overpaid" or "underpaid" based on their degrees. It should be based on what work they do and how much benefit their employer / society gets from their work.

MBAs are paid by private companies. So as a citizen, we dont have any moral rights to question how much their employers pay them. Unless, we show that their employers are getting undue benefits from govt
.
And if we think that X are overpaid (X = MBA , judges , MPs, IAS , IPS . lawyers, political science professors , journalists, economists, economics professors etc ) in black or white, then we need to show an administrative / economic setup where whatever jobs they are doing , gets done in same of better way at LESSER costs.. The burden of given design of such administrative / economic system is also on us. And then, later, the burden on IMPLEMENTING such system is also on us
.
Now ;lets come to MBAs.
.
The MBAs are paid by private companies and NOT by govts. So prima facice, we dont have rights to question how much they earn, unless we show that they are directly or indirectly siphoning govt money. 
.
The private companies follows all the laws and pay taxes and with that, their responsibility to society ends, The private companies have to think of their profits. So if MBAs increase their profits, they need to pay them and pay them well. And if companies dont need them to raise their profits, then they wont be paying them.

Now I will discuss MBA-types. MBA is ahochpoch degree. It ranges from highly technical field like logistics to mumbo-jumbo like sales and marketing, And it has fields like HR, which are not that wellpaid either. And it also includes Finance which is often very highly paid, and IMO is fraud, but many say that it is highly technical !!!
.
Now consider Finance MBA. IMO, much of money that finance people make is IMO due to power they have to manufacture money from thin air. I have studied mathematics behind derivatives , options, futures , bonds, shares etc and all that maths has no REAL basis. Maths in physics has REAL material items at bottom such as atoms, sub atomic particles, photons etc. Where as Finance Maths has NO real items at the base. The ONLY real base is banks' power to manufacture rupees. Take away this power, and ALL financial companies and all financial people will fall flat in 2-5 years. 
.
The derivate trading companies and investment bankers make HUGE profits. They claim that all profits is because of their mathematical and analytical abilities to frame derivatives, investment banking deals etc. But often they lose. And when they lose, they depend on assorted banks for bailout. And when banks fail, they depend on central banks' money manufacturing for bailout. In addition, bank-owners have assorted laws which favir them over non-bankers, eg when a bank owns a forecloed house, the bank does NOT have to pay any wealth tax. Whereas non-banker who owns an unused house has to pay wealth tax. This increases bankers' ability to hoard land for a longer time. And like that, there are dozens of laws which favor bankers over non-bankers. IOW, all wealth that Finance MBAs earn IMO is from these one sided law-drafts and law-draft that give power to bank to manufacture money. And IMO not even one penny is from their merit.. But issue is --- can we create a bank administrative system which offers same services that they do, and costs less? Till then, mud slinging against finance MBAs has only entertainment value . We at RRG are working to create such banking system using RTR-RBI-Governor and "Citizens' Legal Tender" i.e. system where new rupee can be manufactured ONLY after over 51% citizens have explicitly agreed. Till such system or any alternative comes, and proves itself better than existing banking system, throwing mud on Finance MBAs is just entertainment.

Now lets come HR-MBAs,. HR involves information of several laws such as labor laws etc, And this is needed for any / every company. And so IMO HR MBAs have value. And many HR MBAs also keep a huge network of contacts to get staff that the company needs. Also, most HR MBAs are NOT overpaid. by any standard.

And sales / marketing MBAs often get paid on sales etc they generate. So this payment is linked with output. So I wont call it overpayment.

2. Say goal-1 is met i.e. 20 lakh activists do agree to publicize these law-drafts and take the information on RTR-drafts to over 70 crore voters. But goal-2 i.e. isnt met. i.e. not even 1 crore voters agree to send SMS to MPs. i.e. almost over 98% voters refuse to send SMS to MPs. Then what steps do you propose?

3. Say goal-1 and goal-2 are met i.e. 20 lakh activists take the information to 70 crore voters and over 45 crore voters do send orders to MPs via SMS. But say almost MPs / MLAs / CMs / PM refuse to print these law-drafts and say "if voters want, we will resign, but we dont want these RTR-law-drafts, Jury-law-drafts". Then what steps do you propose? Should \ will AMUS force MPs to print the law-drafts?

4. Say over 500 recallists agree to contest LS elections and get elected by voters on RTR-law-drafts' promise. Say the new RRP MPs and new RRP PM refuse to print RTR-law-drafts. Then what steps do you propose?

5. Say Recallist PM prints TCP , RTR etc law-drafts. Say SCjs cancel that law-draft. And SCjs also rule RTR-SCj-GN as unconsttutional. Then what option do you suggest?

Say RRP PM prints RTR GNs, TCP GN etc. But say rank and file of IAs , IPS , junior officers , land record officers, bank officers, constables, ALL Govt engineers etc say "we dont want to work under these RTR , Jury etc law-drafts and we are ready to resign". How likely is this scenario? And what steps do you propose? Cancel the RTR GNs ? If not cancel RTR GNs, then how do you propose to run administration? Please note that you do have support of crores of voters.

In addition, China too may directly attack. Assume that no country will use nuclear weapons but will certainly use all conventional weapons. How do you propose to deal with this foreign attack?

I propose a Jury Trial. A jury of 1500 voters between age of 25 years and 55 years should be chosen from THAT state. That Jury will see all evidences, hear all witnesses \ accused, may take narcotests of accused and decide if Rohit was innocent / tormented , and whether tormenting was key reason for suicide. And the Jurors may impose prison senetence of upto 10 years.

If I am in Jury, I can decide ONLY what I hear all witnesseses \ accused etc,. As such my prima facie view is
.
1. If a woman is harassed \ blackmailed , and if she commits suicide , then tormentors MUST be imprisoned for at least 10 years, but not more.

2. If a borrower is harassed \ threatebed \ beaten by money lenders, and if he \ she commits suicide , then tormentors MUST be imprisoned for at least 5 years, and may be more.
.
3. In other cases of suicide, if cause of provocation is NOT a violent threat, and if it is some action like restication from hostel or restication from collage, then tormentor should NOT be punished for abbetting suicide. The cause of suicide in such case is either depression or other reasons.

But more can be said ONLY after narcotesting accused in public

The proposal goes as - remove all taxes, and impose say 5% wealth tax (or a rate equal to rent rate) on all forms of wealth, above a limit say Rs 2 crores. And then use the money for all govt expenses and distribute the remaining money equally amongst ALL citizens. IOW, wealth tax will not only be used to pay for all govt expenses , but also remove poverty.

The above proposal is from Roshan Lal Agrawal , Bharat Gandhi athttps://www.facebook.com/votership , and many more etc, They call it "nagrik bhatta" or "economic justice forum" . Many groups such as "aarthik nyaya manch" , "bharatiya nyay manch" are supporting this proposal.

The proposal difers from our proposal and has similarities, As far as minerals, spectrum and govt land goes, we too agree on imposing a rent , which will be divided equally amongst all citizens. But for PRIVATE wealth, we have proposed ONLY a tax to cover govt expenses and NOT for distribution amongst citizens. Also, we believe that income tax is must for proper wealth tax collection.

So please leave aside the fact that income tax is necessary for wealth tax collection. That point is technical, and not political. The political part we disagree with is -- we oppose wealth tax on PRIVATE wealth for purpose of distribution of money amongst citizens.

So the QUESTION before us recallists is ----- what is "WRONG" if tax is imposed on PRIVATE wealth to obtain money to distribute it amongst citizens to reduce poverty?.

MY ANSWER

First , lets put parts where we agree. We at Right to Recall Group support equal distribution of royalty from minerals / spectrum / waters and also support equal distribution of rents from govt plots.
.
But when it comes to private land, we have proposed ONLY wealth tax to cover govt expenses. And NOT proposed any WT for purpose of distribution amongst citizens.
.
Here are damages that "wealth tax for distribution" can cause.
.
1. Say the proposal comes into India today. Then tax rate on wealth in India will be much higher than tax rate on wealth in USA. In such case, those who are generating wealth and income from their own merit, and not due to natural resource ownership, will leave India and settle in USA. And along with their departure, we will lose engineering skills etc needed to make weapons, and medical skills needed to cure our patients. So strength ratio of India / USA will worsen
.
2. Now many say that --- once this system (of collecting tax from private wealth , and using tax for govt expenses and well as distribution) comes in India, this system will comes in USA as well as all countries in world.
.
3. Lets say ALL countries have adopted this ArthikNyaya proposal. In such case, the apex 1% of Indian citizens will all move to one place, say Goa for example. And then they will declare Goa as separate nation and separate. Now tax rate in Goa will be lower as they are collecting wealth tax ONLY to run govt expenses and NOT for distribution. So more and more wealthy individuals in India and across world, whose wealth is due to merit and not natural resources, may prefer to move to Goa to lower tax on them. Now since these people have more merit, they will have more engineering skills and so better weapons. And so they will dominate / enslave India and rest of the world as well.

IOW, even if all countriesadopt "tax private property for distribution" law, then it doesnt rule out possibility of men with high engineering / medical skills moving to one region and creating a separate country on their own. And that country will have more skills and so more weapons, and so will not only survive but also dominate. (eg Israel is dominating over Arab world)

4. And if such people wil high engineering / medical / arts skills from India move out to form separate country, then average citizen in India would lose.

Now consider the proposal of imposing tax on wealth to run police, courts, military etc. If that tax is removed, then elitemen does gain in short run but loses in long run because criminals and foreign soldiers will become stronger and devor his wealth. So whether the elitemen likes or not, the elitemen will agree to put with wealth tax to run police, courts, military. And the elitemen will also see that running police , courts and military need skills in huge part of population, and so he will also agree and put up with tax for purpose of basic education. All in all, whatever wealth tax that is minimally needed to protect wealth and run business will get tolerated. But any more tax than minimally needed, and elitemen will either look to leave country or create a new country.

So IMO, tax on private wealth for purpose of distribution is NOT viable.

AAP will speak against reservation to cut away BJP-voters who are mostly upper castes. But if AAP itself becomes a viable ruling party in center,then AAP will support reservation for SC / ST / OBC votes , which make up over 70% of all voters.

BJP did the same. BJP \ RSS opposed reservation to gain bani \ Brahmin \ Patel \ Darbar voters. And when BJP made base and became strong enough to become ruling party, BJP started supporting Sc / ST / OBC resrevation !!! AAP is playing same game.
