After I explain law-draft to a voter , and give him the URL etc , I ask him to send the URL as an order to MP via SMS, at least 2-5 days AFTER the conversation. Not right away

Why not right away?

Why at least two days later?
.
(As a trianning, I do ask him to send SMS to myself . but that is just trainning / testing. I ask him to send SMS to MP two days later. WHY two days later?).

Our final goal is to convince AMUS = Ahimsamurti Mahatma Udham Singh to act
.
Our "belief" aka superstition is that Mahatma Udham Singh will act if and ONLY if
.
(a) AMUS himself also supports this law-draft, and
.
(b) AMUS is convince that over 45 crore want a law-draft, and
.
(c) over 45 crore have told MPs to print that law-draft with their own free will , and
.
(d) MPs are neither resigning nor printing that law-draft.

Now first, how will AMUS know about count of 45 crore. That I will answer later. But lets say AMUS is watching all RTR-activists and all 85 crore voters

Now if RTR-activists explains a law-draft, say TCP or JurySys or MRCM or RTR , and then asks voter to send SMS to MP, then AMUS may think , that voter was influenced by "pressure caused by nearness and request". IT was NOT threat or intimidation, but it was pressure caused by request and nearness. Hence, sending this SMS is not 100% support with free will.

But if AMUS sees that voter sent SMS two days later, and RRG-activists was neither asking for report, nor pressuring him nor requesting (request is a mild pressure), then AMUS is now convinced , that "voters supports this law-draft with free will".

IOW, we need to convince everyone who is near us and everyone who is watching --- that voter supports RTR-draft, we did NOT pressure him even by 1%

Additional advantage is --- if X sends SMS after two days, then MP will also know that it is NOT we who pressurized him. And MPs' activists will also come to know that we never pressure any voters

Disadvatngae is --- court will grow at much slower pace.. But IMPO, count obtained by request or by "pressure of nearness" is not real count anyway
