I oppose ban on Jallikatu and I oppose entry of women in Lord Ayyappa's temple. IOW, I oppose SCjs in both cases. SOLUTION? Please promote Right to Recall Supreme Court judges law-draft.And pls dont waste hopes on NaMo , NaMo-andbhagats, RSS-workers and BJP-workers.And dont waste time on Congress / AAP / SoGA / ArGandhi

Jallikatu is NOT cruel on bull. (Please see video on YouTube on Jallikatu . Pls type "Jallikatu " in youtube searchbox.) . The bulls rarely get injured. It is NOT a bloodsport as wiki says. The bull rarely bleeds. The humans have to stop bull with bare hands, and no weapons. In fact, using nails is also prohibited !! Sometimes, humans get injured, but then so do they in boxing and many sports. No bull has ever died or even bled or even faced any minor injuries.

Jalliatu improves race of cows a, bullocks and bull. How? The festival enables all to compare strengths of the bull. and thus best bulls can be selected from breeding. This also enables bull owners to earn income. Ending Jallikatu will only increase number of bulls sent to slaughter houses. This will deplete number of bulls, and so many local desi cow breeds may become extinct..

Jalliatu festival increases demand of bulls and thus reduces bull slaughter. Banning Jalliatu will only increase bull slaughter.

The ban on entry of women in Lord Ayyappa temple isnt any derogatory practice against women. It is just the way Lord Ayyappa wanted his life to be. .

Belief has been that Lord Ayyappa had vowed to remain brahmachari (celibate) and so he had decided not to see any women in his life. And so women are not allowed in his temples. (or, maybe, women between 10 years and 50 years arent allowed). Now if one doesnt believe in this story, then he has no business in entering the Ayyappa temple. Temple is ONLY for believers and NOT for non-believers. Temples are NOT muesums etc where anyone and everyone is welcome. And if a woman believes in this story of Lord Ayyappa , then she should not visit that temple anyway.

Now why do SCjs oppose Jallikatu and why do they want to promote women entry in Ayyappa temple?

The reason is to get fat human rights contracts from west after retirement. More anti-Hindu judgments , more the fact contracts do judges get from west after retirement.

SOLUTION?

Solution I propose is that activists should work to convince crores of voters to send orders to MPs via SMS / twitter to print "Right to recall Supreme judges" law-draft in Gazette. If and once this law-draft is printed in Gazette, the 85 crore voters of India , using majority opinion as established by the procedure in the given draft, will be able to recall / replace Supreme judges. And thus voters can replace such judges and replace by less corrupt judges. But NaMo , BJP-leaders, NaMo-andhbhagats, BJP-workers and RSS-workers -- all have opposed RTR-judges and JurySys. All of them have become docile before judges. eg When Scjs cancelled NJAC , NaMo politely obeyed the Supreme judges orders and did whatever SCjs said !!!

So NaMo, RSS-workers etc insist on retaining "dictatorship of the supreme judges". . Either because they support it, or because NaMo , RSS-workers are scared of opposing judges. In any case, if your goal is to fix judiciary, then NaMo , RSS-workers are of no use to you.
