NaMo has refused to print a law-draft that would create SGPC like structure over Somnath Temple (i.e. running Somnath Temple the way Guridwara and Golden Temple , Amritsar is run. ).

Instead, NaMo has insisted that Somnath Temple would be run by BJP -apex-leaders and RSS-apex-leaders
.
The temple money will be used for growth for RSS / BJP etc

We at RRG have proposed that
.
1. Four National Temples, namely Ram Janam Bhoomi, Kashi Vishavanth, Krishna Janam Bhoomi and Amarnath Temple should be under National Hindu Community Trust, where each Hindu is a voter and Trustees are elected by National elections every 4 years and will be recallable. And their staff will be under Jury System
.
2. Govt owned temples will be under State Hindu Community Trust. So Somnath temple, as per our RRG proposal , will be under Gujarat State Hindu Community Trust. The trustees will be elected by Hindu voters and will be recallable , and staff will be under Jury System
.
3. The private temples will be returned to Trustees after settling their disputes by Jury consisting of Hindu voters between age of 25 years and 55 years. And then private trusts may, or need not, create a Community Trust , where every bhakt will be a voter. This will be optional for private trustees, But if taken, then it will be one way street.

IOW, while we at RRG are working to remove govt control over temples and create SGPC like structures over temples, NaMo , RSS-workers etc are ONLY working to ensure that temples come under control of RSS-apex-leaders
