What if voters of India elect 273 or 353 RRP = Right to Recall Party candidates into Loksabha, and then RRP MPs refuse to print RTR-drafts?

RRP candidates will have to sign following declaration "if I dont pass RTR-law-drafts , then I authorize Mahatma Udham Singhs to take necessary direct actions against me". This declaration ONLY adds legitimacy to Udham Singhs' direct actions. The declaration doesnt give 100% guarantee to activists or voters.

We recallists, at RRG = Right to Recall Group, are asking all activists in India, to oppose SoMoKe-andhbhakti and also oppose social activities and slogan shouting that is done by Congress / BJP / AAP / BST / RSS workers. And instead, we are asking ALL activists to work to convince over 45 crore voters of India to send orders to MP via SMS. And the SMS should have link to RTR-drafts and hashes of RTR-drafts.

Like that, there are 200 law-drafts, and 200 URLs and 200 hashes. We are asking all activists to work to study these 200 law-drafts, decide which ones they wish to support / oppose and work to convince over 45 crore voters to send these URLs / hashes or send URLs that oppose these law-drafts.

2. Now say 45 crore voters have sent such orders to their MPs via SMS

3. Say existing Congress / BJP / AAP MPs refuse to print this law-drafts. Then these MPs are NOT at fault, as during election itself, these MPs had made it clear that they oppose all these RTR-drafts.

4. So now citizens have two choices --- wit for election vote RRP candidates as Loksabha members OR do andolan to FORCE existing MPs. And voters can take BOTH ways in parallel. Andolan can either force Congress / BJP / AAP MPs to print RTR-drafts OR Andolan can force Congress / BJP / AAP MPs to resign. If Congress / BJP / AAP leaders print RTR-law-drafts , then purpose is served, But Congress / BJP / AAP MPs refuse to print RTR-law-drafts , then voters will either have to wait till new election date or voters can force them to resign.

5. Say in next election , voters elect 273 or 353 RRP MPs, who have promised to print RTR-drafts.

NOW --- WHAT IF THESE RRP MPs refuse to print RTR-law-drafts?

The answer is ---- The ONLY advantage RTR-activists have is that --- RRP candidates would have signed a statement saying that 'If I dont print RTR-drafts in Gazette , then Mahata Udham Singhs of India will be morally and legally authorized to take necessary DIRECT ACTION against me".

This promise ONLY makes things easier, does NOT give 100% guarantee.

Finally, the STRENGTH to movement comes in INFORMING lakhs of activists and crores of voters about RTR-law-drafts. RRP-MP-candidates's written promise that --- 'If I dont print RTR-drafts in Gazette , then Mahata Udham Singhs of India will be morally and legally authorized to take necessary DIRECT ACTION against me". ---- only makes things easier.

There is NO guarantee that RRP-MPs will keep promise. Like, Congress / BJP / AAP MPs, they may too sell out or cow down. In such case, RTR-activists will have to take direct actions and / or work for alternatives.
