I have ordered my MP via SMS to impeach Salman Khan judge, and Jallikatu judge. The final judgment on entry of women in Ayyappa temple isnt yet out. So I will wait in this case.

I have also ordered my MP via SMS to install Jury Systems in Lower Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court.

Please note that NaMo , Subramanian Swamy, Mohan Bhagwat every BJP-leader, every NaMo-andhbhagats, every BJP-worker, every RSS-worker, every BST-worker is against impeachment of these 2 two judges. None have sent order to their MP via SMS to impeach = expel these two judges. None has any FB / twitter post on their walls, demanding impeachment of the judges

So IMO, you all activists should now realize that NaMo , BJP-leaders, BJP-workers, RSS-workers etc are mere waste of time when it comes to issues like Salman Khan case or Jallikatu.

Even in case of jallikattu, NaMo's delibeate delay is glarring. SCjs had banned Jallikattu in may-2014. NaMo refused to legalize it for months and months, and then issued Govt Order to legalize it just a few days before the festival !!! Why did NaMo showed inaction for all these months? And SCjs cancelled the Govt order and banned Jallikattu next da.

NaMo could have acted within days after SCjs banned Jallikattu, but he didnt act for several months.

What is glaring is that EVERY RSS-worker supports NaMo's inaction for several long months

Supreme Court judges were wrong in may-2014 when the banned Jallikattu. But NaMo is wrong by issuing Govt Order which legalizes Jallikattu just a days before the festival. Timing is important. If judges have to be contronted, then last minute GOs are improper.

This aside, NaMo has shown complete "surrender" on NJAC issue. When SCjs cancelled NJAC, NaMo could have refused to appoint HCjs and SCjs under collegium system , citing the FACT that Parliament has declared collegium system unconstitutional. If NaMo had refused to appoint judges, then judges would have had to backtrack. Because CONTEMPT OF COURT LAW DOESNT APPLY ON PM AND PRESIDENT !!! There is nothing judges could have done.. And EVERY RSS-worker supported NaMo's decision to re-install collegium system in India !!!

All in all, my point is ----- activists should see that NAMo , RSS-workers etc are waste of time. IMO, they should unfollow NaMo on twitter and also unfllow RSS-workers,. And instead, activists should work to publicize RTR-drafts, such as Right to Recall judges, Jury System , RTR over PM / CMs / MPs / MLAs etc
