PILs are ONLY tools to ensure that activists dont get credit and credit is devored by lawyers , who are mostly puppets of elitemen and corrupt / nepotic judges. .

Just as Congress paid poets etc to write poems that would give credit of freedom to Duratma Gandhi ("दे दी हमें आज़ादी बिना खड्ग बिना ढाल , साबरमती के संत तूने कर दिया कमाल") to ensure that lakhs of shaheeds get minimal credit
.
To all PIL-veers, pls ask why they NEVER filed PILs to reduce corruption and nepotism in courts. And why they never filed PILs to increase number of judges in courts and reduce delay in courts.

And that will show how hollow all PIL-veers are.

PIL-veers always shy away from proposals that do grave damage to nefarious rich. eg ask a PIL-veer to file PIL that "all assets of ALL charitable trusts should be put on net". And that PIL-veer will disappear within minutes. Because he knows that most large charitable trusts are owned by rich who have dense nexuses with judges. And so such PILs will not only fall flat, but filing such PILs will reduce their standing in the courts.

So why do corrupt / nepotic judges promote PILs?
.
Sometimes activists work to create public opinions for a cause. Now judges / elitemen dont want activists to get credit because that can make activists well known, and raise activist.
.
So game judges / elitemen play is --- they will ask some paltu lawyer to file PIL, and get judgment that favors the cause of activism, and then pay paidmediamen to write that "all credit should go to that paltu lawyer, because he is the one who filed PIL and got results !!" , there by ensuring that activist get zero credit.

eg Rajeev Dixitji worked hard to create awareness in activists on Ram Setu issue. Activists became aware of this issue. So demolition would NOT have happened anyway. To ensure that Dixitji dont credit, the elitemen ran a drama. How? Subramanian Swamy filed PIL, paidjudges promptly gave hearing and stay order, and paidmediamen were paid to give write that "all credit of stopping ram setu demolition should go to SuSwa" !! Now if PIL drama was not done, then Rahjiv Dixitji would have got credit. And then his cause against Mauriius route and FDI would have got more coverage !! That would have been a huge loss to elitemen.

So to make story short, all PILs are just CHEAP drama and nothing more. The real work is NOT arguing before some corrupt nepotic judge who has become judge ONLY because his papa or chacha was judge or because some corprate biggie had lobbied for him. The real work , in solving problem, is researching how others solved the problem, studying their law-drafts, and work to bring those law-drafts in India. And thats a work all PIL-veers always oppose !!!

So my request to all activists is
