I propose a Jury Trial. A jury of 1500 voters between age of 25 years and 55 years should be chosen from THAT state. That Jury will see all evidences, hear all witnesses \ accused, may take narcotests of accused and decide if Rohit was innocent / tormented , and whether tormenting was key reason for suicide. And the Jurors may impose prison senetence of upto 10 years.

If I am in Jury, I can decide ONLY what I hear all witnesseses \ accused etc,. As such my prima facie view is
.
1. If a woman is harassed \ blackmailed , and if she commits suicide , then tormentors MUST be imprisoned for at least 10 years, but not more.
.
2. If a borrower is harassed \ threatebed \ beaten by money lenders, and if he \ she commits suicide , then tormentors MUST be imprisoned for at least 5 years, and may be more.
.
3. In other cases of suicide, if cause of provocation is NOT a violent threat, and if it is some action like restication from hostel or restication from collage, then tormentor should NOT be punished for abbetting suicide. The cause of suicide in such case is either depression or other reasons.

But more can be said ONLY after narcotesting accused in public

I saw some of his videoes, in which he says "I deliberately and openly tore apart ABVP postor ..." . Well, why does he resort to such "direct action"? If he doesnt like ABVP, he should confine to campaigning against ABVP using legal and civil means and not resort to postor tearing and acts which can cause violence. Such actions dont deserve any sympathy.

Anyway, more can said ONLY after narcotests on accused in public,. And narcotest should be administered by doctor, but questions should be framed by Jurors.
