Say we recallists have managed to convince over 45 crore voters to send order to MP via SMS to print TCP, MRCM, JurySys, wealth tax, RTR etc drafts. Say the SMS have URLs as well as md5 hashes of the drafts.
.
And say we dont have even one recallist to contest next MP election..
.
Then will sending SMS from 45 crore voters be SUFFICIENT to get Tcp , JurySys, MRCM, wealth tax etc DRAFTS printed in Gazette ?
