Due to rampant corruption of BJP-leaders , the Delhi school admission process has become mess, chaos and twice expensive !!!

Solution I propose is --- Right to Recall District Education Officer, Centralized Admission process for school to be run by DEO,rules that school cant take any money except fees, and school can raise fees for 3 years only as per inflation index etc .
.
If nationalist dont support these law-drafts , then psuedo-anti-corruption and anti-nationals like ArKe will gain. BJP \ NaMo are pro-corruption and so chanting HHN-GGN will NOT reduce support of ArKe.

From what I hear , school owners in Delhi are asking for twice the donations then they were asking last year !!!

The solutions I propose are

1 Right to recall over District Education Education officer.

2. The admission process will be centralize by Govt. Each school can disclose the fees. The parents will have to deposit one year fee in Govt account , and will be eligible for admission in all schools whose fees are below the amount he has deposited. The parent can select the school he wishes, Thru random lottery , the schools will be allocated to the kids.
.
3. Should a school have freedom to turn down an admission? NO on its own. If the school wants to expel a child, then the school can ask DEO to appoint a Jury to decide if the school's decision to expel the child is valid. If Jury accepts then the kid will be expelled.
.
4. The schools will have to pay a wealth tax which will be 1% of circle rate value of land + 1 % of stated / minimum value of construction MINUS Rs 2000 per student they are teaching..
.
5. The schools will NOT be required to take poor students. The solution for poor kids is to improve Govt schools, NOT force private schools.
.
6. For next three years, for a given student, the school can raise fees only by nflation index and no more. But for NEW coming students,. the school can decide a higher fee.
.
eg say a school says that fees for class-I is Rs 1 lakh per year in year 2015. And a student who takes admission in 2015 will pay same fees plus inflation index for next 3 years . But for admission for 2016 , the school can have a different fees.
.
This will reduce the use of black money in school admission as well.
.
SoMoKe-andhbhagats are opposing these proposals. So are workers of Congress, BJP, AAP, BST and RSS. So please dont waste time with those time-wasters.
