The ONLY known way to increase patriotism in a country is

(1) decrease unfairness and injustice AND

(2) of course, punish the traitors harshly .

And both can be achieved by by reducing corruption courts, police etc. Following videos are just 2 min and 16 min long, and show how important reducing unfairness is.
