Imprisonment of Maya Kodnani, Amit Shah etc --- Has Saudi Arabia, Missionaries and MNCs acquired brand NaMo away from RSS\VHP\BD ?

We see NaMo advancing on all front. All English newspapers are now praising him. All English magazines are now praising him. And regional newspapers started praising him long back ... since 2006. And Gujarati newspapers have been his fan for long, except one or two dailies. Time Magazine supports him. So NaMo is advancing on all fronts.

And all men who brought him in power and gave head start in 2002 are in shambles. Maya Kodnani has been given prison sentence for 24 years. Babu Bajrangi will be in prison for life. Amit Shah was in jail for 2 months, and now cannot enter Gujarat. So all the foot soldiers of NaMo are losing badly.

Most believe that judges give judgment based on facts, laws, witness testimonies, evidences etc. All this is utter piece of nonsense. In all high profile cases all across world all across ages, judiciary has been as paid or unpaid , and manipulated or unmanipulated as media has been. How paid or manipulated media has been since 300 years? Well, Thomas Jefferson in 1819 said "only truth in newspaper are advertisements" !! Which means almost all political news are manipulated. Same way, in all high profile cases, judges rule in favor of side which has strong lobbies, can effect their career and also money plays vital role.

The judges must have seen the fate of judge Mahida. judge Mahida had acquitted rioteers in best bakery case some 8 years back in 2004. The lobbies made sure the judge Mahida doesnt get re-appointed as judge. NaMo appointed him as GEB advisor, and Mahida was forced to decline the post as face-saver. And best bakery case was re-started by Supreme Court judges and Supreme Court judges assigned it to Maharashtra, and not MP or Rajasthan , because back then MP and Rajasthan were BJP ruled state and Maharashtra was Congress ruled state. NaMo could do nothing , and did nothing, to prevent this. Finally, most Best Bakery accused were thrown into prison by Maharashtra judge.

So the lower court judges saw that Supreme Court judges would crack down heavily if they were to acquit rioteers. Why did SCjs behave that way. The Supreme Court judges have been captured by Saudi Arabian lobbies, Missionaries and MNCs. This can be seen by many SCjs' judgments in past. And so they forced lower court judges to imprison the rioteers. And as the lower court judges are imprison rioteers, NaMo is neither doing anything to save them, nor admitting a failure. And instead, he projects as if he is marching on and on and on.

Now let me give an analogy to show that "a defeated and a captured king may still shine and glitter". In 1945, when USA defeated Japan, all Generals and Military officers, key defense Minister officers etc were hanged. Prime Minister and former General Tojo was also hanged. But Emperor and all his family members were spared. They continued with same status and glory. Same was done by British in 1860s --- many kings who had revolted were not killed and their family members were made kings. But their Generals and key Military officers were hanged. This has been tactic of many foreign rulers in past. They would spare 2-4 persons at top to promote a myth in public that "you ruler is still the ruler". But all their loyalists in 2nd row would be hanged or imprisoned or forced into poverty, to let new batch 2nd tier and 3rd-4th tier officers know who is the boss.

So the way NaMo's soldiers of VHP\BD\RSS of 2002 are all landing in prison and poverty, it should be clear to all that NaMo is no longer in-charge. What good is glitter and glory, if one cant save the very men who brought him in CM position in 2002? The power of those in media and courts, who want to see NaMo's soldiers imprisoned is now far more than NaMo and his soldiers of 2002.

So my conclusion is : RSS\VHP\BD toiled for years and years to create a company called as "Hinduwaadi Swadeshi Samrat" aka NaMo. But now it looks that Saudi Arabia, MNCs and Missionary have acquired that company, and initial investors are all in shambles. The logo of company is still same, and that only fools people at large. But now company is no longer working for Hinduvaadis, but perhaps working opposite !! Gujarat is all going SoKo = South Korea way. MNC-owners are making deep inroads in Gujarat, and soon they will own much of the economy. When NaMo becomes PM (and he will become PM in all likelihood in 2014), the trend would show across India. And in SoKo, once MNCs came into power, they started massive Christianization. A country which was 5% Christian in 1960 is now 40% Christian and of rest, 30% are scared of calling themselves Buddhists and so they call themselves non-denominational or humanist !! Same could be fate of India in times to come.

Solution I propose

1. Right to Recall judges , JurySys : this will ensure that judges punish all criminals. Today, because of Saud money, the judges dont punish muslim criminals (eg crores of illegal Bangladeshi infiltrators !!) , and this forces Hindus to ask activists like Babu Bajrangi to become criminals. But once nexuses of criminals and judges break, leaders like Maya Kodnani and activists like Babu Bajrangi will no longer need to become criminals.

2. Right to Recall District Police Chief, RTR District Public Prosecutor

3. Right to recall SUpreme Court Chief judge, RTR High Court Chief judge : this will bring Supreme Court out of clutches of MNCs, Missionaries and Saudi Arabia, and the Supreme Court judges will function as judges and not as some Viceroys.
