NaMo's order that Najib Jung will appoint officers and NOT ArKe is written in poor taste. Voters of Delhi should order their MPs via SMS to PUBLICLY ask NaMo to cancel the order.

In event of clash between Delhi State Govt and Union Govt, Union Govt should have upper hand. But that doesnt mean that a blanket order which voids CM on ALL issues should be made. CM should be allowed to appoint officers he wishes, and if a SPECIFIC officer is inappropriate , then with permission of PM and HomeMin , Lt Gov may remove him. But that should be limited operation to a specific officer.

And its time each voter in India starts thinking --- if State of Delhi should continue. My vote is to dissolve the State of Delhi for good and make it union territory as it was. Also, Delhi is too big that Union Govt needs. Washing DC is only 180 sqkm. And so Union Govt of India DOES NOT need 1400 sqkm of Delhi. Parts of Delhi should be handed over to UP and Haryana , and Delhi should be shrunk to 400 sqkm. And that portion should be run by Union Govt only.

But as long as Delhi is half-state , and has an elected CM , the elected CM should be allowed to run unless and untill he does something that endangers stability and national intergration (none of which has hapenned).

Voters of Delhi should take decision , and send necessary order to their MP via SMS. And AFTER majority voters of Delhi, or at least 35% voters of Delhi , have sent SMS , and yet issue remains unresolved, then voters of Indian should decide , and send orders to ALL their MPs via SMS on what decision should be. My decision would be to dissolve state of Delhi, give western 500 sqkm to Haryana, eastern 500 sqkm to UP and keep only 200 sqkm with Union Govt.

Delhi was union teritory till 1991. Who made it a separate State? It was demand of ABV , LKA etc and NaMo back then was in top 20 BJP leaders and had supported this decision. The decision of having a separate state for National Capital was a nonsensical decision taken by ABV , LKA and also NaMo in 1991. And we are facing a perpetual mess due to that. Please google on capital cities of USA or Mexico or any large country. No country has separate state to run its national capital --- for simple reason --- national capital belongs to ALL states and not to one specific state. I am sure many states such as MP or UP or Rajasthan or even Gujarat would give 400 sqkm of space which will belong to ALL states equally and can house the NATIONAL capital, over which people residing their have no state powers.

In any case, voters of Delhi need to decide ASAP and send orders to Delhi MP via SMS on whether PM should have blanket say on all matters in Delhi State Govt.

And voters of India should decide if we need Delhi State at all. My vote is --- there is NO state for Delhi and it should be trifurcated AFTER permission of voters of Delhi. And if voters of Delhi want State Govt and do NOT want trifurcation, then my vote is to move national capital to MP or Rajasthan or UP or , as a last choice, Gujarat. In any case, Delhi as capital was "central" when Pakistan was part of India. Now Delhi is no longer central, and some place in MP would be better to have a NATIONAL capital.
