he says Right to Recall Lokpal. But pls do reality check. In the Janlokpal draft, he had openly opposed the proposal to add Right to Recall Janlokpal clauses in the Janlokpal draft. For Right to Recall Janlokpal clauses, pls see chap-45 of http://rahulmehta.com/301.htm . And for proof that AK had refused to add RTR-Janlokpal clauses, pls see the latest Janlokpal draft ... it does NOT have RTR Janlokpal clauses.

Also, AK opposes the proposal to give RTR MP , RTR MLA drafts. i.e. he has been talking about RTR MP draft since apr-2011, but refusing to give drafts for RTR-MP, RTR-MLA etc in past 16 months. And for that matter, he has been in public life for past decade, but has NOT given draft in past decade. And above all, he has also opposed RTR Supreme Court judges, RTR PM, RTR CM etc.

So cold facts show that he is anti-recall. Then why does he mutter "Right to Recall" so often? Well, RTR has generated lot of support , thanks to true-recallists like myself and other RRG members. So a large number of activists support RTR. So it is necessary to have a leader who get such activists, and waste away their time. So AK mutters RTR, will attract all pro-RTR activists and then waste away all their time in Gram Sabha type useless activities.

Basically, he is a ford foundation agent who is wasting away activists time.
