Confirmed inner information : apr-2011 and aug-2011 Anna shows were superhits , while dec-2012 and jul-2012 Anna-show were flops, because Arvind Gandhi did not pay the promised money to local NGOs across India.
In apr-2011, there were country-wide demonstrations for Anna and also in aug-2011. NGOs across India participated. But during dec-2012 and jul-2012 , very few NGOs across India participated. Why?
In apr-2011, all NGOs supported Anna to kill growing influence of Ramdevji. They did not get paid, but were expecting to get paid. After all, these anti-Ramdev people are basically all traitors, and traitors will never work for free. Ford Foundation , Jindal etc etc did pay crores and crores of rupees of to Arvind Gandhi, Sisoria, Bushan and company and they were supposed to pay the NGOs all over India for putting the show. But these chor-mandali kept all the money with them, and did not give a dime to local NGOs. Just yesterday, I met an Ahmedabad NGO who was promised by Arvind Gandhi a payment of Rs 100,000 in aug-2011, but money never came.
So the local NGOs still did a show in aug-2011 hoping that they will get paid. But when Arvind Gandhi did not get pay even a dime in sep-2011, they lost patience and did no local ground work for dec-2011 anshan and aug-2012 anshan. So bith were flos shows.

In case of Swami Ramdevji, its is known that cost volunteers' food etc is paid by local units, and volunteers bear cost of transport or if volunteer is student and thus cash-starved, he gets money from some local ad-hoc sponsor (eg in jun-2011 and aug-2012, I paid transport cost of 4 volunteers, and many well-off members paid cost of 1-10 volunteers as they wished). And all were giving time and money with no expectation in return. So momentum sustained.

The Team Anna is not just morally corrupt, these people are also financially defunct. Ask local NGO leaders who helped them in apr-2011 and aug-2011 anshan, and you will find that these people did not pay a dime they had promised in aug-2011, despite the fact that they got 10s of crores of donation. The donation meant for IAC was deposited in private trusts owned by Sirodia, Arvind Gandhi, Bushan etc etc. So much for their talks against corruption.
I met one businessman in Ahmedabad, who had donated Rs 100,000 to Arvind Gandhi in jun-2011. I was shocked , because that guy is hardcore NaMo-fan, and I asked him why he donated money to these pusedo-secular Arvind Gandhi, who openly supports JK referendum and Bangladeshi infiltrators. He said "they are cutting Congress support blah blah". In jun-2011, I told him that these people are Ford Foundation agents, and will eventually benefit Congress. He dismissed me as Congress agent !!! Because back then everyone who opposed Anna was deemed as Congress agent . Two days back, he was giving gaalies to Anna and Arvind Gandhi. He said that he called Arvind Gandhi, and asked refund, because money was given for non-election work, not election. Arvind Gandhi refused to pay back even one dime.
These people have no political morals, and no financial morals. They collected money in name of "non-electoral campaign" and had promised that they will never form a party and never contest election. And now when they are contesting election, they refuse to refund the money they had collected, and openly tell all that they will use that money for election campaigning !!! Look at the irony of BJP-lovers. They unknowingly ended up paying money to persons who will now use the same money to cut away educated middle class voters from BJP !!
